Network diagnostic tools?

Hello
Something is stopping my iPhone from connecting to the internet via my home WiFi connection.

My phone connects to my router and I get the WiFi icon. But that is it. It is not possible to actually connect to a website.

If I use 4G there is no problem.

What is the best network diagnostic tool you recommend i use to get to the bottom of this?
